Slice window unscored models

Stored window.with_no_score on the OpenRouter slice file. The label is with_no_score. The number is 45. With one stored count, the bar is full. The same window stores 135 models and 90 with at least one score. This count is models with no score, not the scored-model count, not the model count, and not how full each slice is. A missing count stays off the page.
