Time-window cache read price

Stored OpenRouter cache read price that applies on a listed UTC weekday or clock window. The amount is that per-token price converted to USD per 1 million tokens, the same conversion used for the catalog cache read price. It is not the catalog cache read price, not the long-context cache read price, and not the time-window prompt or output price. The bar is that price relative to the highest time-window cache read price on this page. A longer bar is a higher price. An override with no weekday list, no clock start, no clock end, or no cache read price stays off this page.
