Stored transfer failed count

Stored failed transfer loop count for each model. The label is the stored model id. The number is the stored failed count. Bar length is that count against the highest stored count on this page. A longer bar is more stored failed loops. On every model in this snapshot, passed plus failed equals total_loops. A model with no stored failed count stays off the page.
