Stored seat HTTP status

Count of hero seats for each stored HTTP status. The label is the stored status code. The number is that count. Bar length is the count against the highest count on this page. A longer bar is more seats. This is not the seated flag, not the fib ok flag, and not the provider endpoint status chart. A seat with no stored HTTP status stays off the page.
