Stored measured scar coder

Count of measured scar sample rows for each stored coder. The label is the stored coder id, kept as written. The number is that row count. Bar length is the count against the highest count on this page. A longer bar is more sample rows. This is not the coder pass rate, not the measured scar judge, and not a score. A sample row with no stored coder stays off the page.
