Stored run size counts

Stored result-folder count and band model count from the hero-run metadata. The label is the stored key, kept as written. The number is that key’s stored count. Bar length is that count against the highest stored count on this page. A longer bar is a larger stored count. This is not the roster status, not the band fraction limits, and not a vote count. A key that is not one of these counts stays off the page.
