Stored run-log scar counts

Stored counts from the hero-run scar taxonomy. The label is the stored scar key, kept as written. The number is that key’s stored count. Bar length is that count against the highest stored count on this page. A longer bar is more stored hits for that scar. This is not the telemetry scar-label chart and not the hero seat scar. A scar key with no stored count stays off the page.
