Stored run phase

Stored phase on the hero-run status blocks. cross_status, judge_crew_status, and roster25_status each store done. One phase covers 3 blocks, so the bar is full. These blocks also store process ids. This page shows the phase word only. It is not the schema string. A block with no stored phase stays off the page.
