Stored run minutes

Stored duration_minutes for each hero-run block that stores it. The label is the stored block name. The number is that stored duration in minutes. Bar length is that duration against the highest stored duration on this page. A longer bar is a longer stored run. This is not the per-agent duration in seconds, not provider latency, and not a score. A block with no stored duration in minutes stays off the page.
