Endpoint rows by provider

Count of stored endpoint rows for each provider name. The number is that count. Bar length is the count against the highest count on this page. A longer bar is more rows. One model can have more than one row. This is not a quality score, not latency, and not a catalog maker count. A blank provider name stays off the page.
