Stored pair orthogonality

Stored pair orthogonality from the porosity file. Bar length is that number against the highest stored pair orthogonality on this page. A longer bar is a higher stored number. A negative stored number has no bar. This is not the wingman orthogonality and not the geometric orthogonality. A pair with no stored pair orthogonality stays off the page.
