Long cache write price

Stored cache-write price that starts after a token floor in the OpenRouter catalog snapshot. The amount is that per-token price converted to USD per 1 million tokens, the same conversion used for the base cache-write price. It is not the base cache-write price, not the long cache-read price, and not a provider-endpoint price. The bar is that price relative to the highest long cache-write price on this page. A longer bar is a higher price. A tier with no token floor or no cache-write price stays off this page.
