Long cache read price

Stored cache-read price that starts after a token floor in the OpenRouter catalog snapshot. The amount is that per-token price converted to USD per 1 million tokens, the same conversion used for the base cache-read price. It is not the base cache-read price, not the long prompt price, and not a provider-endpoint price. The bar is that price relative to the highest long cache-read price on this page. A longer bar is a higher price. A tier with no token floor or no cache-read price stays off this page.
