Stored legacy portal

Stored legacy_portal on the model catalog is https://mdata.mdrater.com. Both public catalog copies store that address. The same file stores portal https://mdata.modelraters.com, a different field, and that address stays off this page. The file stores one legacy portal, so the bar is full. The bar is the stored label, not a score. A missing legacy portal stays off the page.
