Groq contact-sales limits

Count of Groq models for each stored limits_are_contact_sales value. The label is that stored number. The number is the model count. Bar length is the count against the highest count on this page. A longer bar is more models. 1 means the rate-limit flag is set. 0 means it is stored off. This is not a token price and not tokens per second. A model with no stored flag stays off the page.
