Stored forward portal

Stored portal on the forward projections file is https://mdata.modelraters.com. Both public copies store that address. The benchmarks, slice, and catalog portals store the same address in different files. The legacy portal is https://mdata.mdrater.com. The file count is 56. The file stores one portal, so the bar is full. The bar is the stored label, not a score. This is not the current, gap, or high-fill scores. A missing portal stays off the page.
