Stored coder hold grade

Stored HOLD grade count for each coder model in the hero run. The label is the stored model id. The number is the stored HOLD count. Bar length is that count against the highest stored count on this page. A longer bar is more stored HOLD grades. This is not the KEEP grade, not the DROP grade, and not the coder pass rate. A model with no stored HOLD grade stays off the page.
