Stored coder HTTP 503 count

Stored HTTP 503 count for each coder model in the hero run. The label is the stored model id. The number is the stored 503 count. Bar length is that count against the highest stored count on this page. A longer bar is more stored HTTP 503 trials. This is not the HTTP 200 count, not the HTTP 429 count, and not the provider endpoint status. A model with no stored HTTP 503 count stays off the page.
