Stored coder HTTP 429 count

Stored HTTP 429 count for each coder model in the hero run. The label is the stored model id. The number is the stored 429 count. Bar length is that count against the highest stored count on this page. A longer bar is more stored HTTP 429 trials. This is not the HTTP 200 count, not the seat HTTP status, and not the provider endpoint status. A model with no stored HTTP 429 count stays off the page.
