Stored broadcast joins

Stored broadcast joins. mdata.modelraters.com stores 147 joins. Each slug maps to one dossier id, and all 147 dossier ids are distinct, so each join counts as 1 and the bars are equal. joined_cards is 147. unjoined_slugs is 232. model_count is 379. 147 plus 232 equals 379. modelraters.com does not store a broadcast block, so this page has no joins there. The pull source address stays off the page. A join with no stored slug or dossier stays off the page.
