Stored benchmarks portal

Stored portal on the benchmarks file is https://mdata.modelraters.com. Both public copies store that address. The catalog portal and the slice portal store the same address in different files. The legacy portal is https://mdata.mdrater.com. The benchmarks file count is 14 and the list has 14 rows. The file stores one portal, so the bar is full. The bar is the stored label, not a score. A missing portal stays off the page.
