Count of judge ballots for each stored disagree flag. The label is the stored flag. The number is that count. Bar length is the count against the highest count on this page. A longer bar is more ballots. This is not the porosity disagreement frequency, not who erred, and not an LMSYS vote count. A ballot with no stored disagree flag stays off the page.
